Tom Britz at Glacier Hops Ranch feeding Hilde (the hop picker) fresh bines of Cascade hops this morning. These sticky dank cones went from bine to our kettle in three hours, preserving all the ridiculous aromatic qualities Tom and gang worked so hard to achieve this year. "Tom's Lonesome XPA" will be on tap at Tamarack in three weeks.
